Barbie C.

Hello everyone. My name is Barbra but I have been called Barbie for as long as I can remember. I have been working here at Pee Wee Patch since January 2007. I am twenty-seven years old and I am a single mother of two beautiful boys, who both attend Pee Wee Patch. Donovan is four years old and Braden is two years old. I also have two cats, Tiger and Venus, which I call my baby boy and baby girl. Just a little about my extended family. I have eight brothers and sisters. (A very blended family!)

I am a graduate of Oakland Community College and I have my Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education. I am also a member of Phi Theta Kappa, the only honors society for two year colleges. I have been fascinated with children for as long as I can remember. I started babysitting when I was about twelve years old and knew by then that I wanted to work with children.

When I’m not working, I enjoy playing and spending time with my boys, reading books, writing poems, and listening to music while I clean.

Hello! My Name is Dawn and I’ve been w/ Peewee Patch since August of 2003. I grew up in Lake Orion and went to college at Midwestern Baptist College where I received 2 year degree in biblical Studies. I love working w/ children. I’ve worked in a few in home day cares and other day care centers but I love working at the Peewee Patch the most.

I’ve been married since July 2007 and my husband (Jeremy) and I have a beautiful daughter named Autumn who also attends the Patch. We are expecting another baby in January. We also have a black lab name Dante.

In our spare time we enjoy going bowling and spending time with our families and our daughter.

I love watching a child grow in their own unique way. I am glad that I have that crucial part of the growth and have that special time with that child. I’m honored to be such a huge part in your child’s life.

Hello, my name is Alison and I have been employed at Pee Wee Patch since September of 2007. Before I became an employee here, I worked here as a co-op student through the high school that I attended. I love working with kids. I have been working with them, since I was in 7^th grade and plan to work with them as long as I can. I worked at a camp for kids with disabilities for 4 years.

I am a graduate of Rochester High School. I am currently working on getting my CDA.I have been babysitting for my family and friends for almost 6 ½ years and love it very much. I am the oldest of 4 kids. In my free time when I’m not working I am usually at a family members or friend’s house with them, camping, playing and watching sports. I am one of the biggest Red Wings fan in my family.
